Reservation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Advance deposits may be required during predetermined dates and for special promotions such as non-refundable—advance booking offers. If you prefer to make your payment with a bank transfer, kindly contact our reservation department.

Cancellation Policy

1 night deposit is required and is non refundable.

Reservation must be canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated. For cancellations that occur within 7 days prior to the arrival date, and in case of no show, the full stay including taxes will be charged to your credit card.

In case of non-refundable rates—Reservation cannot be cancelled or modified. Full stay will be charged at the time of the booking.
